The J3 off the hook...not so fast...lets not forget they do manufacture their own chips. They might have licensed certain designs from ARM but there is no way those licenses covered the 336, 584, 148 because TPL/Patriot are the owners/inventors. I don`t see how they can license this IP to their customers when they dont own it. I can see that the indemnification would cover chips manufactured and sold by ARM to their customers but how can NEC, Toshiba and Matsushita manufactured chips be covered by ARM. Maybe I`m missing something but I don`t think they are getting off that easy. IMHO they are still due to pay.
