Yeah. I`d say you have a little credibility. I`ll take your word for it. LOL I think you have mentioned your credentials in the past. Just didn`t note or make the connection that that was you. It just seems hugely unjust that companies can sign a clause with relatively small fry/now fall guy and walk away scot free probably knowing full well that there is or might likely be infringement taking place. In your experience could a case be made that if there were prior knowledge of infringement or potential for same by the J3 (for example) that the indemnification contract would then be less solid?? Probably next to impossible to prove but...
