Good post. Yes. I remember your posts regarding indemnification clauses specific to government purchasing. I am scratching my head though and my gut tells me that there would likely still be culpability by the J3 even though they may have fairly solid indemnification contracts with ARM. Suing the government in such a case is like the proverbial fighting of city hall whereas it would seem to me that there is much more fertile ground in the legal gray areas between TPL, ARM and the J3 than trying to sue the government for infringement. Can`t put my finger on it. It just seems less cut & dried than your characterization. JMO
