will probably not go over very well with the Judge in Marshall. Texican`s are independent and proud and they do not like to be threatened. If ( I think he is) our Judge is fair and honest I do not think this will influence him in the way ARM might have wanted.

Of course that is just my speculation and Ron would have a better grasp on how Judge`s look at implied threats.
