At a minimum they would be removed from the float, as being in the treasury, they would be unavailable to retail buyers.
I do think the website is under reported and does not reflect the Swartz debenture deal which added 20+mil.
The Swartz warrant program started in Feb.`06 with the option to take out 2mil. each month for the first 10 of 20 mil. warrants. I haven`t seen any other news on this subject except in one filing that showed we did retire the 2 mil. in Feb.
Without rehashing what might have been a long drawnout disscussion, can someone briefly update me on board thoughts in regard to DP`s 1.5mil. options at .165. Looks like Carlton Johnson took from June 22 `05 to June 5 `06 to approve.
