This sure looks to me like shorting. Can someone explain to me how one shorts an OTC BB stock like PTSC? Is it some overseas paper shuffle sleight of hand that is at work here? I keep hearing that shorting by anyone other than the MMs is not allowed and is illegal. Even if illegal it still could be happening here. No?

Anybody....?
