8/25. And yes, I do think it has some bearing, even though we think/know the number will be astronomical. There has to be some rationale for the number, albeit limited, and although they will never get their number it will be interesting to know from whence we will be negotiating down from. Obvisouly it is in no way indicative of what may actually be received, however it may provide some insight into the thinking and methodology being employed, and it will surely help to illustrate the size of our playing field. JMHO.
