Actually, I think it`s more likely to come out NEXT week. After all, they have until the end of the month. And IF there is any buy-back activity going on, they`ll likely wait till the last possible day.

Why wait till the last possible day? IMO, because the annual report will demonstrate a year-over-year earnings increase, which should catch some attention to the plus side. I don`t expect to see much from the last qtr, but year-over-year should be very impressive.

Also, with the financials, I expect to see a letter to shareholders (as is customary for most companies). This letter should provide some forward-looking guidance, as well as maybe any recent deals done in stealth (in fact, they may be obligated to provide same). This could be quite revealing, subduing some of the angst re: ``the plan`` going forward. Heck, there may even be another dividend in the offing, or maybe some details re: any stock buy-back that MAY have occured.

I personally hope they hold off a week, as I`m posturing for some buying before it comes out!
