OT: TiVo gets Injunction, than reversed by Appeals Court

Been on vacation for a couple of weeks, hope all is well for everyone! Thought this was interesting, TiVo was awarded an injunction against EchoStar yesterday and than the appeals court awarded EchoStar a temporary reprieve. I watch this case as to get an insight on the process since it was litigated in the Texas venue. Based on the process that TiVo is going through, we just need to sit back and relax. This process is going to take a while, but in time, good things should come. GLTAL
