Incite`s message was based upon an Australian perspective of some sort. It may be somewhat relevant but I wouldn`t be drawing any sweeping conclusions from that standpoint. The Australian view of IP value (securitisation) may differ significantly from our own. Yes. I`ve read Incite`s posts in the past and they well-researched etc. This one though is a bit on the shaky side. JMO
