ease,

``I am working off the assumption that the patent is valid and enforceable. If you agree with that and you agree that practically every chip that Intel makes contains 336 and you agree that Higgins corroborates PTSC`s claims and you agree the court will view that corroboration as sufficient, which is the most important, then Intel will be doing themselves a favor by settling before PTSC becomes sole-owner. If they were to become sole-owner, then Intel will be paying substantially more``

Those are some pretty big assumptions that I`m not sure a reader of your posts would pick up on - especially someone that has not followed PSTC for a good length of time. In other words IMO it`s hyping.

What you`re saying is ``If PSTC wins the ownership issue Intel would owe them millions``. What you should be saying is ``If PSTC wins the ownership issue AND THEN WINS THE PATENT INFRINGEMENT CASE Intel will owe them millions.``

``Re: Moore and Leckrone licensing the patent, there is no proof they attempted to license this patent and I assume they didn`t because they knew they had no right to do so.``

PTSC says they have proof of a license agreement between TPL and Intel. Not quite sure of your point here.

OK, I`ll quit pontificating.
