I`m not quite sure I understand this logic of Intel not being able to afford having PTSC being the sole owner. Does that mean TPL is licensing the IP for peanuts when they could be getting billions? Why would they do that if they had legit right to license the IP and it WAS worth billions. sorry, IMO your statements hold no water. I think the scenario is more like, Intel thinks they can beat the patent infringement case, they licensed the IP from TPL as insurance for less than the legal fees TPL would have to pay to pursue a patent infringement suit and TPL accepted those terms because they know their ownership of the patent is iffy. You make it sound like it`s a done deal if PTSC wins the ownership case. That`s MISLEADING. It`s one hurdle of many to be overcome.
ease, I enjoy your posts for the most part because they are pro-PTSC. But sometimes you throw out some unsubstantiated claims that people would jump all over if you were a basher.
