Although Leckrone said they are not pursuing royalties on licenses, but he didn`t qualify, excluding AMD, which was a pre-TPL/PTSC unification deal.

Perhaps what you`re looking for, is whether PTSC has made any inroads with the Ignite/inflame (AMD using PTSC architecture). I was adressing whether revenue was incoming from licenses, maybe that`s the disconnect.

I have the old FY3Q05 webcast bookmarked on my other PC where they discuss the AMD deal. I don`t remember anything about there being on-going royalties associated with the deal, but there being some limited (in time duration) quarterly payments due to Patriot.
