I`m not sure where you`re coming from with that statement, but I would suspect first, a company has to reduce their O/S shares by reverse, in order to make themselves attractive to a company proposing a share/share swap.
But i don`t see how that applies here - PTSC isn`t doing a reverse, only a buyback - I will concede it`s unclear whether the shares will be retired, or just placed back in the treasury with no change to the # of shares the company posesses.
Anyone want to chime in for some clarity on this?
Still, I think people are searching for what they WANT to happen with this company. Patriot/TPL relationship may very well be happy to remain standalone and grow revenue for the forseeable future.
We just don`t know what`s going on in the heads of Corporate, and I really don`t think we`re privvy at this juncture in the company`s development.
