Based on my feeble understanding, we`re in virtually everything. No point in picking on individual products.... As for this product, I`d say yup we`re in it, and no real benefit beyond the dollars collected from Sony based on their license. Only possible further benefit would be if there were royalties associated with that settlement, but that would be contrary to management`s (TPL`s) stated objective.

It`s easy to slip into the (EDIG-esque) mindset of wondering what products we may be ``in``. But here, the MMP is so broad in scope that it`s more appropriate to talk on an infringing company basis, not an individual product basis, IMO.
