Very good point about the change of venue concern. That`s why I would hope that, if an article were produced, it would have been written with the consent of PTSC/TPL (and if they said ``please don`t``, they wouldn`t). However, the change of venue may be a little less probable after the CA vs. TX dispute.

But I KNOW nuttin`.
