While a ``new sector`` may fit into the scenario, a ``lull`` shouldn`t be being experienced when there were supposedly ``dozens`` of companies coming to them for a license. Seems those dozens wouldn`t have initiated action if they didn`t KNOW they were infringing.

My hope is that they`re bagging a bunch of licensees and just staying totally mum about it till the financials reveal it. Why? Because they can, and because the last several announcements of new licensees (sans numbers) has done nuttin` for the PPS (so why bother?).

I personally think I`d rather remain ignorant as to new licensees rather than being informed and watching the PPS drop another 30%.

But I KNOW nuttin`!
