...IMO, Mr. Pohl&Co. have to face very critical questions.

Would one of your very critical questions be, ``Mr. Pohl, why have you only increased sharholder ROI 1000% in the past year? What are you doing about this terrible situation?``

That`s a tough one, but go for it if you must.
