I guess we are lucky to get in just under the belt, so to speak. All of those years we tried to notify and deal with the infringers in a nice manner. I just can`t see how this new system will work. Big business wins either way--the small time inventor will lose. I can`t understand how the Patent Office will be able to do all of the research needed in order to listen to the cases. IMHO, this gives foreign companies free use of much of the technology invented here in the United States. I hope that TPL notifies all infringers of our tech. soon--I would hate to see them have to take anyone else to court. Do you think that there could be a problem with our remaining cases?
