MOMENTUM has always defied the law of gravity.....!!

If this mini-rally is a solid one(We should have the answer by closing time), then the release of the SB-2 yesterday has to be the cause of the increase of the pps today. It appears (just my theory), that the ``process`` of the buyback has stopped based on that the bid/ask appears to be back to normal. The tit-for-tat that has been going on for more than six weeks has stopped. In my previous post I did say that we would probably know when this ``process`` was over before a PR or an 8K was released. We`re looking at it right now. I can only guess that some major developments are going on behind closed doors as we speak.

For PTSC to open the books and released previously held confidential info on unregistered sales of securities from Jan. 1, 2003 and spending $32,000.00 to do so, tells us that a major event is about to happen.

Possibilities in the near future :

1. BUY-OUT by one of the giants. If it happened, AMD is my take.

2. ACQUISITION of an ailing tech company listed under NASDAQ.

3. MERGER with a NASDAQ listed horizontal company.

Let`s hope for the best.

PPS will fluctuate very little, until.....

The buyback contract is fully executed. I`ve been saying this for well over a month. There have been several signs and patterns that can substantiate this ongoing process.

I`m one of those investors that dont pay much attention to I-Thompson but in this case I made an exception. If you follow Thompson on a daily basis, you can clearly see that day after day the buy/interest always equals the sell/interest at 100. And its always at the same time, between 8:30/9:10 am.

IMHO This is the time, just before the bell that the MMs/Broker submitt whatever forms they have to submit to signal their intention of their buying/selling. They then engage in the process trying not to alter/influence the pps in a substantial way. I believe that this will continue until the contract between PTSC and the MM/Broker has been executed.

At this point, there`s nothing that approx 700 investors can do...the MM/Broker has the ball. Furthermore, I also believe that 80/90% of all the trades being executed are purely MM`s. They sell and they buy their own shares to be retired at the closing and put in PTSC`s folder.
