It looks like he`s exercising 50K worth of options.

The foot note reads: 1. The option to purchase 26,000 shares vested on December 1, 2001 and the remaining 24,000 shares vested in twelve equal monthly installments beginning on January 1, 2002.

I think these are share he got when he was on the advisry team a few years back...
