what needs to happen if we will gain in sp appreciation.

PTSC needs to establish a base of signings (it is still

very early to establish any consitency the market can

evaluate. the current court case may weigh heavy in

negotiations if the J3 lose). we are (imo) in a tough

waiting period to see where the PTSC road will take us.

Another source of income (via a ``good`` acquistion) changes

our company and the way it is evaluated. So does an

agressive share buyback. the potential is there, but

we are a company of too many unknowns at this stage.

Our wildcard is management. we will see what we`ve got.
