rash..You may have chosen to post this as ``off topic``, and rightfully so. However, as you can see by the responses that this was not ot as this kind of thing affects ALL OF US, who have compassion! I could never post as eloquently as most have so, suffice it to say, that I agree and send my best. (I have been through this several times and will not go into it) The loss of a friend like Doc, at least equals many other losses one esperiences in life.
I agree, with another poster, give it some time and then go find a new dog that you can train, cuddle, and love, to the point that the dog can have a chance to be as happy as Doc was! Remember, you brought up Doc, and bless you for that!
