When they run out of money with which to buy back, or when they run out of new licensees to leverage to get more money with which to buy back. Of course, this is assuming that:

- They have money with which to buy back

- They have new licensees to leverage for even more money

- They are actually in a buy back mode at all.

While recent trading could be seen as evidence of a buy back, it could be seen as converse evidence. Volume hasn`t been THAT great. We move only slightly, for the most part, on a day-to-day or intra-day basis. Could just be us retail investors....

Could they be sandbagging/storing up new licensees covertly? Maybe. Could it also be that there have been no more new licensees? Equally maybe (or probably more likely).

We are very much in the dark right now. IMO, we may get some light accompanying the next financial reporting, which could come any day now. Also, IMO, the sooner those financials are released, the greater the likelihood that the buy back (if happenning) is over near term. Later reporting (i.e., the last possible day) would suggest that there is indeed a buy back happenning, and also that there is a lot of money coming in, and that just maybe they are sandbagging on reporting new licensees.

On the latter, one way this could be accomplished without SEC worries would be to have TPL withhold info on new licensees from PTSC. ``Just don`t tell us.`` But this would seem counterproductive, as it not only would raise an ethical concern, but also would prevent PTSC from leveraging new licenses for more cash for buy back.

All in all, it`s probably safest to assume that any buy back, if occurring, is very limited. Also safest to assume that there have been no more (covert) licensees. Which prompts the question ``WTF?``. Hence, our languishing PPS.

We need more licensees, we need some real PR/press work, we need a long term game plan, we need to be moving the PPS UP.

But I KNOW nuttin`!
