Yeah, that type of stuff happens for internal requsitions, where by right that have to post it internally to give the impression of looking at everyone *equally*, but really aren`t...

I saw alot of that on the inside, and come to think of it, was late on an outside opportunity a year back with another company - in talking with her, if she`d have known (about me) , she would have ``written it differently``...
