I looked at the Monster.com post - at $45-55K, that`s pretty weak pay. All thay should expect is a fresh EE grad, then they better be prepped to pay high side.

Their salaries ARE NOT competitive within the Silicon Valley.

This one isnt MHO...this is fact.
