My paranoid mind would agree except for a few items that make this board unique. Understand that I used to correspond with Brian with we thought Qualcomm was cooking a deal with PTSC; yet, I didn’t trust him. Reading RB, I realized that the poster world is full of BSers, liars, and cheats. In hindsight, I wish I had been more open and trusting with him. Look at this board. Many flew in and met at the SHM. Many exude integrity and genuine concern for their brothers. It makes this board very unique. Your comments do belong more on RB than here in my opinion.

If I had Brians ear (and assuming he is still invested), I would applaud what we have done so far but caution that the next 12 months are extremely important. Buy back, more license deals, Nasdaq, and an even bigger dividend.

Does anyone know if the new chip designs that are coming to fruition still infringe upon PTSC patents or have the found a new method for clocking?
