Intellasys <-> MMP <-> Intel core 2 duo

If Intellasys is going to market it`s products they would us patents from MMP. As it`s a TPL-company, I assume they will not pay for MMP, or?

Furthermore, I`d like to know if the new INTEL Core 2 duo has a relationship to Itellasys developments?
