Yes, I`m fully aware of that. My concern was that biajj seemed to make a veiled attempt at cautioning us about the potential outcome of this hearing, and perhaps that was why Swartz was selling. I was worried he may have thought we could not prevail here. I no longer feel that is the case... Swartz is/was selling strictly for business reasons not related to any potential outcome of the lawsuit. At least that is my take on the matter.
