we should be worth less than 1$ after several more deals?

This disparity will be solved soon, I am sure about it. OK, OTC market, MM games, lack of clarity of figures are all facts, leading to our current share price which is IMOP oversold. However, hopefully this period will be detached in the future from a retail-shareholder time which reflects the real worth of PTSC!
