TPL doesn`t have to disclose a gol darn thing. They`re private. PTSC discloses every quarter, by SEC regulations.

If a guy`s in a financial emergency and has to liquidate his BB stocks, then he deserves to be in a financial emergency. I know I`m cold in saying this....But aren`t we always the first to acknowledge that BB stocks should only be played with money one can afford to lose, and/or explicitly knows the risks and consequences in holding?
Sorry, IMO to campaign for putting on the squeeze for one`s immediate gratification should not supersceede the company`s intent for longevity for both themselves and their shareholder interests.
This is business and strategy at work. We invest and accept the risks along the way.
We`ll find out in due time.
