Sorry to ask something that most probably already know, but I honestly have confused/forgotten what exactly the ``Markman`` hearing is and its` significance. I thought it was when Judge Ward reviews the validity of the case or its` merits to determine if we proceed. Would you be willing to once again explain what the Markman hearing is or point to appropriate resources? TIA.
