My guess is that he is a good resource for evaluating a possible acquisition. He is also an experienced expert witness and could be called upon to support our claim in court. He most likely is also supporting/consulting Pohl with his role on the management team overseeing deals arranged by TPL. If Ignite/Inflame has any value, I am sure he is helping there as well, but he (Turley) did not make it sound that promising at the SHM last April.
