You`re right, my assumptions were WAY low -

As for the Sr. IT Salary posted by TPL ($75-85K), they`re going to have a tough time filling at that salary unless they`re looking at entry level/lower grade.

Thanks for the heads up and the prompt to go back and look at comps.

BTW, mid-point controllers salaries in the valley are @ 135-150K range.
