ronran - It is entirely possible that the numbers have not gone up as of yet. TPL is in control of the negotiations, and TPL isn`t beholden to PTSC or its shareholders, therefore they may still be signing companies for ``discounts`` at this stage and taking the ``easy money``. I would bet that is the case... otherwise why not release the numbers, especially if they truly are ``going up``. The pps hasn`t gone up and that should be a leading indicator that something isn`t happening... yet.
