Such a sweeping generalization to assume one could be so trapped and baboozled...we`re not talking about mindless sheep, or being held at gunpoint.

Just as you or I would, I suspect he took the offer, weighed things out and the net benefit was there were positives for him and we shareholders.

I`ve met Brian in person and had many conversations with him prior to meeting - he`s not the type to be owned....you don`t get to his level by happenstance and luck.
