She has extensive experience in the selection of juries and has been the lead consultant in high profile cases including the O.J. Simpson, Rodney King, Reginald Denny and McMartin Pre-School matters. She has consulted with attorneys on over 800 cases and helped select over 40 juries. Jo-Ellen is widely published and sought after by the media as an expert in her field. She co-authored the acclaimed Bennett`s Guide to Jury Selection and Trial Dynamics (West, 1995). Her 15 years of trial consulting include focus group and mock trial development, Voir dire, jury selection, witness preparation, trial monitoring, case strategy consultation and design of juror questionnaires.
