My question is based on your supposition the additional councel may be used for among other things, Jury selection.
Wouldn`t it be more beneficial for J3`s main councel to (instead) hire Jury consultants at the front end?
Also....perhaps it`s trade secret how juries are selected...perhaps not. If it isn`t, could you point me to a link outlining what counselors look for in structuring a jury - (who plays what role, and what that role would be?)
Also, is it true in forming a jury, the plaintif and defendant get to select 6 each, with each side getting 6 preemptory challenges?
