In theory is right. Where are these guys going to get a billion dollars these days? Perhaps they can get the money from the pension funds or even a government bailout! Of course these are just three of the auto industry. There are other foreign companies making money- not exactly the best thing to point out on the 4th of July. But hey, we`re living in a global market place.
