As long as I`m here, let me add, the recent SB2 registers 4,500,000 for AMD. These were obviously the shares purchased in January 2005. It only makes sense that these were restricted shares when AMD bought them, probably for a year. That restriction period is up, the shares need to be registered to ALLOW AMD to sell them, hence the inclusion in the SB2. It has nothing to do with AMD`s intentions regarding the shares - they must be registered at some point in time, might as well be when the restriction period ends. But some people want you to think it means they intend to sell them. Those people clearly have an agenda and the honest dissemination of information is not on it.
