As you know, Fujitsu has paid the largest sum to date, 30 odd million. TPL could at some point ask for 500 million from each J3 and there in lies the dilemma. If the J3 continue to fight, how much more will they be willing to pay before settling. Risk assessment. (All based on a strong enough case by the TPL)
