Most of that scenario has been postulated before. It may be feasible, but must be done with the utmost secrecy between the bank & PTSC..I would expect to see an``Interest Expense``, line in the upcoming quarterly financials or a line of credit revealed with a debit entry, hopefully used for just such a scenario. I estimate 10-15M tops are purchased. Remember, it may be posible for PTSC to just purchase the shares from Swartz and avoid the commission.lol.
