IMHO I would say we have had a floor for about 3 weeks now and my guess is that PTSC has been buying.

Do you think big money sees promise in PTSC and has decided to give PTSC time to reduce the float so PTSC is a more solid investment? Once PTSC gets its shares big money will start buying?
