Let`s say ptsc share of the settlement is 50-80 million how much do they spend on share buy back?? I think they should spend no less then 40 million. Taking the os down almost 10%.. If the share price goes to $2.00 then we have 80 million in stock to buy another company with using only 40 million in cash..
