I see this as a fluff piece put out by Baker Botts to impress future clients. Note that she graduated law school in 2000, (who knows when she passed the bar), and is an associate with the firm (probably not the lawyer directly handling this case).

A friend of mine told me that a lawyer really doesn`t know what he/she is doing until they have practiced for seven years but Ron could probably verify that.

Just an fyi, one of my clients uses my profile, my picture

(big mistake, but I do have the look of age and maturity about me) and my experience in their pr`s and proposals, and leave out all my miscues which I believe Botts did on Mayor.
