With all due respect, what the heck are you talking about?! It`s not like ``we`ve got [``x`` number] licenses to sell, and when we run out the remaining infringers are SOL``. They can issue as many licenses as they wish. It`s just paper. They will never ``run out``. They will just get more expensive as time goes on and the patents are further validated (as if they aren`t already).
I do like the thought that July may offer more.... Accounting issues come into play when big expenditures are involved. Some/many companies may hold off till the beginning of a new qtr. to book the expense, and thereby delay the ``bad news`` for their company to hit the street until their next required reporting - which moves at least three months out. These are things the ``big boys`` take into consideration.
But I KNOW nuttin`! (Actually, these things I DO KNOW).
