I am thinking along the same lines. With each signing the ``slots`` are fewer and fewer as well as more expensive ( in PR theory that is ). So the longer the J3 wait, the more money they will have to shell out if there are even any slots left. Can you imagine how they would react to the notion that they waited so long for a court rulling that their competition paid for and got the licenses and they could end up with NO chance for a license because they have all been sold. What would they do then? (Perhaps that is when PTSC could step in and say well we will buy your company which is now worth very little because you don`t have a patent to do what you have been doing for years! Imagine PTSC or TPL owning one of the J3! Well it is fun to dream, but really what would the J3 do if there were no patent slots left to buy? With signings at a rate of one a month or faster time is running out for the J3. Something is going to give soon, IMO. )
