If PTSC put in a bid at $1.00 to buy 20,000,000 shares, would the M`s try to manipulate the stock to that level to fill this order? I am no expert on this but it does seem odd that we are staying stagnent with as many deals as we are making. I can understand show me the money but come on, I would think investors would be very interested in getting in at these levels. It really seems like an arranged level somehow between a big buyer (PTSC and a big seller?)

Another thought is that after each run we came right back down. Are buyers less likely to run the SP up farther than about .10 per share when they figure they can just wait and get in later when it comes back down?
