I`ve only seen R Splits done on the NASDAQ by companies who are trying to stay listed on the NASDAQ. I think the NASDAQ tosses out companies who can`t maintain their SP over $1.00.

As you`re probably aware, this game has a lot to do with public ``perception``. We`re already perceived as a wacky stock that can`t get any respect. I think an RS would put a few nails in our coffin from a public perception standpoint.
