This has been discussed on this board quite a bit in the past. Based on my lurking, I believe most people think that an RS is a bad idea because so many companies have bonked out after their RS - many interpret R Splits as the kiss of death. It does make a company look a bit desperate.

I`m sure there are exceptions and R Splits have worked out for some companies.

With the luck we`ve been having with this company, I don`t think I would be for an RS.
